How to Be Irresponsible

You’ve forgotten where you put your map
of the basement. Remember the basement?
It’s under the house. If you still had a shadow
it’d be dancing on top of the basement.
Too bad you lost the house. Now it will be
harder to find a door. Too bad you couldn’t stop
looking out the window. An old problem.
Your shadow was the shape of you, you
thought you knew.  I am obsessed
with an old problem and I have a brand new
megaphone. It is not a good thing.  It is a most
significant and ongoing mistake. Do you
understand? This is not a normal interaction
station. Everyone is eating ice cream cones
in the rain. Everyone is grabbing at feathers,
looking stunning and rather serious. It’s a puzzle
generator. It is the reflection of a disappearing
act. You should’ve known better than to
let the lions out. I let the lions out too,
but I’m not the zookeeper.
